Shipping & Handling
We normally ship in stock items within 24 hours of your order.We use a courier service which is tracked and needs to be signed for on a next day delivery.
All goods are packaged, to a suitable standard to ensure the goods arrive in the same good condition that we sent them in.
We charge a fixed fee for all shipping & handling, which covers the cost of packing materials and the cost of postage. Goods are not released until payment has been received, without exception.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods, they can be exchanged for a similar product. We do not accept returns without prior discussion.
