Shipping & Handling
We normally ship in stock items within 24 hours of your order.We use a courier service which is a next day delivery.This will need a signature. (they will leave with a neighbour)
All goods are packaged, to a suitable standard to ensure the goods arrive in the same good condition that we sent them in.
We charge a fixed fee for all shipping & handling, which covers the cost of packing materials and the cost of postage.The cost for this service is £4.95. Goods are not released until payment has been received, without exception.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods, they can be exchanged for a similar product. We do not accept returns without prior discussion.
